Zhang Rui has real face in F23 base game, so the face files are most likely already converted.
Gu Yasha was last in F22 base game, so I have the faces from f22 as well.

Guys, The first team which is fully updated is Australia. I haven't been able to work on other teams, since I'm not sure if it's possible to have all the needed assets from F23 for generic & specific faces converted to FIFA16. I am still desperately trying to find tickets for today's match Canada vs Australia. If I attend the game or not, I will continue on the other teams from tomorrow.

I tried to convert the new faces, but I have problems with the hairstyles. I tried everything but failed to resolve it. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong when converting the hairstyles? and tried everything listed in @tokke001 thread (FIFA Converter) but nothing fixes it...

How does it look in-game? Are the hair files ok? Most new hair in CM appear "flat" like this.

Yes, the conversions from FIFA 23 to more in the CM the representation of hair do not appear this way, but within the game itself everything is perfect.

you can fix the CM16 preview by converting hair from fifa 16 to fifa 16

* With fifa converter u selected convert from "fifa online 4 (new)" ?
* option "high precision" will give bugged hair at Creation master, but ingame oke
* fifa 16 requires simhair files, especially for long hair models
