Crowd position is something that varies according to each stadium, because one of the most tiring aspects of stadium editing is the banners, since they are made of a million little "pieces". So, when the group of banners for home or away crowd is general (by general I mean, in Blender one object that contains many banners) and does not influence a lot in the immersion (like it would, for example in old Maracanã, La Bombonera etc), I don't change the crowd position. I think it's what happened in La Corregidora...

I don't understand "strings" language (I don't know if that is the correct term in English), but if someone were able to do it, we would be able to use a certain goalnet I create in every stadium (now they attached individually to a certain stadium... but it's at least something to start with)I am dreaming for a mod like goalnets in PES.
You can create any shape. Its really a game changer.
I've never noticed how many were left for WC86, because, first, they are a lot (in total), and second because most of them I edited many versions (since they have different set of adboards and mow patterns). On the other hand, they are easier (like WC78 and WC94) because the goalnets are equal or very similar (for WC86 I created 2 versions of goalnets). So... I am happy to know that!
Here it's: Highbury Classic Patch 14 with adboard collision fixed (the only thing I did, the rest is the same).
Does this happen with teams from all tournaments? If you play with WC86 teams and this happens, but when you play with WC94 for instance, and it's ok, try this:

Do you mean Jalisco WC70 or WC86? And is it without goalnets or goalposts (if it's WC70)? I opened both of them on Blender now and they seem ok. Let me know tomorrow which one and we see whats is happening.
Its WC86 when I play it has the other posts with no nets not your goals.
Hey Bruno this resolved issues but I did spot another issue with this stadium the crowd on camera side of stadium is missing.

It's on purpose. Since I use camera mods, and this stadium I had to bring the stands closer to the pitch, if I don't remove this part of the crowd, in game with the correct camera height it's impossible to see parts of the pitch because crowd is in the way. The same happens with Carlos Tartiere WC82 and San Siro Euro 80/80s. For those who prefer full crowd and don't have the camera mod/don't mind a higher camera perspective, here is the full crowd version:
