For this i read it and didn't understand very well. I always use File Explorer for all your conversions and then reduce the texture to 512, this way I remove the black line behind the head.

just that someone reported this face crashes, however, on my side everything works fine. so i reshared the face and that maybe eventually the size of texture might cause crash for low tier pc

I don't think it's a low tier PC, the patch or lack thereof may not fix it.

It's a face made by a person and not by EA, plus it's converted too, I think certain patches will fix this bug.
