I have searched this forum like a madman, and gathered info to improve the graphics and the choppiness. MY GAME IS SMOOTH NOW, who need a console...wow...
ok first here is what is in my SOCCER.ini file...

--the render line is brilliant, whoever made that up is a genius ( EA get him/her) but ya, i know people have experienced slow motion on good cards with this, but the thign is ,as discussed inanother forum, you must set the detail to MEDIUM. it should work brilliantly...
--the draw line is another brilliant conecpt. someone on here suggested that, i'm sorry after this i will definitely put down users who are responsible for this great work. anyway, this is for the graphics to be HIGH CLASS, so basically even if u do have the detail on Medium, with this line ur basically playing at HIGH, so it doesn't matter.
Okay, another thing. on the display properties, here is what i got:
(nvidia geforce4 ti 4200)
in fifa: 1280x1024*32
3d Antialiasing: Quincunx Antialising, according to Silencer (we have all seen his brilliant graphics despite the photo tocuhup, still looks great ).
Direct3d settings: Enable fog
Mipmap Detail level: BEST image quality.
Open GL:
Enable buffer
Allow dual planes
for Vsync- On by default
Anistropic filtering: 8x
--So there you have that. As in game, i am getting from 60-80 FPS, the crazy thing is, i have all these other programs running, such as kazaa and the creation center download,haha. here are my specs:
1.2GHz AMd athlon proc.
128MB SDRAM mem
60.0 GB ultra DMA harddrive
32MB SDRAM
Okay, i also just reformatted last week, that could be the reason of such great multitasking.
Neway, i advise most of you to try those lines, tell me if it works or not, i just figured i'd try to contribute to the community a little since there are a bunch of people out here that have contributed immensely and have kept a low head about, thanks all.
