I clicked but to be honest I don't see how they earn 10p everytime someone clicks, but that might be my ignorance! :)

sought of like 24hour famine here in Australia

you dont eat for a day and have people sponsor (donate to you) and the donations you pass on to world vision or whomever

probably same principal some companies large or small will be behind it and the links they will pay 10p for hit or something.
