    This is how to add more flares in the crowd!!

    Hey guys Did you notice the effcts15.dnt file in the data folder...it has all the info about streamers, flares and camera flashes...I managed to increase the number of flares in the game to 11 instead of just 4 that are actually in the game. Even if I add some more though these won't show up...
