there is a difference between making a tool because we need it (I wanted to publish kits on fifakulte but er..no way to import them), and saying a tool was made to do the competition with another, which is quite bad I'm glad to see these enthousiastic answers, but i didn't pretend anywhere...- JFK003

Just wanted to correct some things : you CAN activate flares ingame, while playing not only at beginning of the match in fifa 2003 go to data\cmn\ in one of the inis there is a line FLARES_DURING_GAMEPLAY = 0 just put = 1 ...and if you want flares well let's make an add for my...- JFK003

I think you didn't get the correct dll ; try to download the visual basic runtimes again, it can be easily found on google.com or if you want you may also look after the vb6fr.dll ( that's not the exact name I know) on google- JFK003
