    You cannot change the palette if you are talking about a non-editable boot; you must edit the original file using a graphic program as Photoshop. But u need proper skills

    More or less it's correct. The palettes are present only inside the "spikee_ee_tex.bin" file. Inside the bin u have: - Slots 0,1,2 : Boots' bmps - Slot 3: Not Editable Palette - Slots from 4 to 11: Editable Palettes (each slot is for 1 palette color).

    After you have created the bootpack, check the black zone under the studs on the bmp. It must be BLACK #000000.
