    not everyone got that problem, my game was laggy before i changed the some values in ini, but it works for my friend. Only problem on some comps. well i don't know exactly what you mean but you can change players before a game, select change team(or whatever it's called) before start...

    can't answer all question but here we go.... I don't think that fifa 07 requires much more from your computer, but it's very buggy/laggy for some people no matter what specs they got. What's your specs? Next, when you pick players it's like fifa 05 and 06. You can create your own...
