    Sure you can dribble (talking about ISS2) if you played WE 3 and used to make a dribbles there you will be able to make a good ones also in the iss with some training .. it will not be easy as in WE3 (i can pass 6 or 7 players in WE3 but in ISS 2 or 3 maximum and depends on the space available...
