2 questions..need answers plz

Hey all, I got two questions I hope I can get a little info on...

1. Will anyone be releasing an updated roster (ps2) now that the january transfer window is closed? If not here, any links would be appreciated.

2. I have read on other websites that in manager mode, it takes years before one can manage a 5 star club...lol I don't want to wait that long and want to unlock "career teams" in the shop so I can quickly manage my club of choice...anyways!...what are some challenges that can quickly accumulate points (currently a thousand, need 5000) so I can get on with all this

1. Question One: www.goal.com has most of the transfers that have taken place.
2.Question two, those are listed inside the game. Just lok for them
