3 problems with fifa08 i really need help

i have got 3 questions.

1. I have got a few rookies in my team on 55 how do i make them better i want them to be like a really good player on 85 i just dont no how to do it and i have gave them game time as well and they are not getting better plzzz help. Ohhh this is in manager mode FIFA08

2. How do i get to be the Manager of Australia in FIFA08 do i have to complete lots of seasons ???.

3. The worst problem of them all. My game freezes after a soccer game in manager mode. It freezes when it just starts to load and get into the messenger board. This has never happed b4 and i cant see a scratch on the disk either ohh yer the tv makes a weird noise when it freezes as well so if that help to answer the question.

That might (or more likely, might not) be possible, depending on a variety of factors. For an in depth look at how player growth works in FIFA 08 (and FIFA 07 for that matter) take a look at this post on the official EA UK forums:

My guess is that you've hit one of the manifestations of the infamous 30 player limit bug. Do you loan out players?? Is it possible that you've had more than 30 players associated with your team (including those out on loan)?? Do you have a training session scheduled for after your current match?? If so, take a look at your players in the Player Growth screen in Team Management and see if any of them have question marks for all seasons (including the current one). If they do, and you have training scheduled, then those player(s) are your culprits and (since you are playing on PS2 and can't use my EAFFAnalyser utility to fix this) your only option is to sell them off ASAP, and in the meantime don't schedule training sessions for the affected areas of the team.
