First, please apologize for my english. Second, i may have a stupid question, but i'm a newbie for CM4, i've just tryed the demo so i don't know if its possible in the full game.
Well, its seems that it's not possible to have some club improvment such as new trainig facilities ot things like that in order to help club in lower division to improve. For instance, when it is said that my club has awful training facilities, is it possible to change that ? Or by investing money or as the team doing better and better, the director board do it for you. I mean, i don't specially want to manage a TCM stadium, but would be great to be able to "help" any team also with that.
The point is that i prefer to play with low level team than with "goalbuster" ones. The last manager game i loved was Player Manager, and lot of water flowed under bridges since that game !
