Acute problem with Real Madrid

After 2-2 at home to Club Brugge in the opening of CL and 0-1 at home to Teneriffe in the league I'm in panic.

I'am with Real Madrid in the second season (finsihed second in the league and reached the semi-final of CL in my first) and hace tactical problems.

I field an offensive 4-5-1 france formation and have bought Totti and van Bommel. Any tips what I should do in tactic, training, coaching etc...?

with two side back running halfway towards midfielders who are all cental with one in the middle and two on the sides
all midfielders run halfway towards attackers
and all the attackers are central
