I didn't notice this being covered but i apologize if it has already...

Is there a way u can add more kits to a club? I.E MORE than the Home, away, GK, training kits?

Very much doubt it. Think the kits available in CM are the only ones you can edit or enable. Just make sure you back up before you say enable a third kit for a team that doesn't normally have one in-game.
