Annoying issue

Hi. A couple of weeks ago something weird happened to my FIFA. I dont know what, but when i started the game one day it was like when i got it from new. All my settings were reset, and my savegames were wrecked. They were still there, but when i tried to load them the game froze, and forced my to restart the PS3. Now, the biggest problem i have is that ALS isnt working. When i got the game i used my free code, but now it tells me to register with the free code, and when i do that it tells me that the code has already been activated and i should buy a league. Its annoying, because i really want the winter update and i have heard that the only way to get that is through ALS. Can EA deactivate the code so i can enter it again and use ALS or something like that?

a similar thing happened to me on my lap top. weird. the game is also glitchy. My Lap top should be able to more than handle the graphics.
