Any Way Of Quickly Changing Playing Sides?

Hello, I'm a new member at the forum. I would really like to know If I can someway script to my "select" button on xbox 360 gamepad quickly change Team Sides when playing against the CPU, whitout needing to acess the menu and change this. Is that possible?
I like to change the team I'm playing against the CPU some times to try handle some offensive situations better and get a good looking goal.
