He says that he has already wrote e-mails to Matt and Lior asking that the person who deleted him be disciplined or else he will write to Vbulletin and SG's licence will be removed:confused:

I still don't think Vbulletin would go that far though.

Look lets not discuss it as it has nothing to do with us - Lior and Matt are incharge of it, not us so really this subject is of no importance.

From what I can see some people are being made examples of while others are allowed to say whatever they want as the admins are afraid of confrontation with certian individuals.

Same rules for all, mods included....

If I break the rules I want the same punishment as both the mods, newbies and veterans alike....
Yeah, Rob I really agree here...

There needs to be clearly written what is and what isnt bookable...

The only problem being that its not always a clear cut area, which is why its often up to the mods discretion, and we do debate some issues long and hard in the boardroom.

I definitely agree on the same rules for all thing...Mods cannot break regular users rules...

They have some privelidges, but the general rules they cannot break.

Gareth has no case here, and VBulletin won't do anything. If every banned person complained about it being unfair, VB would have a lot to do :mrpimp:

Joe can ban him for whatever reason he wants, and the reason has nothing to do with being homophobic. Do I agree with your banning? Probably not. But that doesn't make Joe homophobic :f***:

There were also 6 other mods who voted in favor of Gareth's banning, and I don't think any of them could care less if you are straight or not.

Kader, SG has rules ... a mod would be contradicting them by banning someone for no reason at all.

What Joe did wasn't exactly justified

Aye, we have pretty much sorted things out have Joe and I. There is still room for improvement. I just hope I have the chance to talk to him again and progress a wee bit further on the issues.
