Ockham, the wise one...this isn't about not understanding marketing...I do! I'm just having some fun on here, everyone seems very serious about it all, at the end of the day if it doesn't play well you either don't buy it or take it back to the store. But for now, it's better to be optimistic, then depressing!
I'm sure most agree here who have seen and read about the new game engine, sure EA are marketing it yeah, but EA could NEVER lie at GC 2006, all that press there, etc. Plus they had a play test, what would be the point in EA claiming something that isn't true, letting people play it and making a fool out of themselves? From what I've read it is impressive so far from the early build people got to play. Don't tell me previews are trying to market it as well! I think you'd have to take that cold shower...

I can't be more cold, just noticed how much you both seem excited by the usual EA marketing campaing: of course you should remember previous E3 previews of EA games: I agree XBOX 360 potential is very good and probably all these graphical enhancements are possible, but each single year they claimed to have revolutioned the gameplay, dynamics etc. etc. in the most realistic ever soccer simulation. And my note is about your multiple orgams about fifa 2007 in threads that don't have this subject: open one entitled "Moaning for Fifa 2007 on XBOX 360" and let your creativity spread.
