Career Mode As A Manager, Changing Team Problem

Even if i'm winning anything with my team, when i'm tryin' to search for another job, they (from Friburgo to ManUTD) ALWAYS refuse me, sayin' that they'll go to another manager after checkin' my CV !!

That's not possible!

Anybody knows which file to edit in order to modify that thing or which i could have edited to create a bug!?!?!
