Career Mode Crash

Hi, I have a little problem. I've changed Northern Ireland (with CM14) into another national team (thought that making a new one and adding it to various tournaments would be more difficult). I've made all the graphics, kits, created some new players and so on, everything seems nice. Kick-off plays fine, but when I start a career mode the game crashes at the very end of the loading screen. Why? What could I've done wrong or didn't do? Thanks.

OH! Sorry for double posting. Somehow I thought that my previous thread didn't post. Sorry.
P.S. maybe someone would be willing to make a tutorial on creating a career mode compatible national team or point me to one already made (haven't found any)?
