Career Mode When Creating Teams

[hahoa]

hey people,,, ive edited fifa 14 with a new brazilian team and a new country team. I know Brazil league has 20 teams so I putted 1 team to rest of the world and added mine to Brazilian league aswell with the National team.






The Career Mode Crashes for some reason at last day of transfers or a week later.

can somebody help me to fix it,,,,, or tell me if hes shes having the same problem
