I need some tips. I'm currently playing with Juventus, And are having no trouble in competitions outside the Serie A, I think I need a new Gk and 1 or 2 new defenders. I would gladly take any advise. My current run of results in Serie A, are: 6-3-2. I lost to Inter 1-3 and to Fiorentina 0-1.

My current squad is:

Goalkeapers:
Edwin Van der Sar
Michelangelo Rampula

Defenders:
Ciro Ferrera
Paolo Montero
Zoran Mirkovic
Sunday Olishe
Mark Iuliano
Alessandro Birindelli
Gianluca Pessotto
Alessio Tacchinardi

Midfilders:
Antonio Conte
Gianluca Zambrotta
Jonathan Bachini
Edgar Davids
Alessandro Del Piero
Juan Esnaider
Zinedine Zidane
Carlos Bobadilla

Strikers:
Daniel Fonseca
Karim Addipe
Filippo Inzaghi
Sergio Martinez
Ronaldo
Christian Vieri
Darko Kovacevik

Keep in mind that I'am Uruguayan and that the Uruguayan players (Exept Fonseca) are all playing Great.

The players probably don't like you since you are Uruguayan...therefore there moral is low and they won't play good...

The fact you are Uruguayan shouldn't make too much of a difference, I'm English and at Roma and none of my players have problems with me. Check some of my previous posts (do a search) for tips on the best players and formations from me and some of the other CM 99/00 players on this forum.

I'm a bit surprised. You see, the only ones that don't like me are the Uruguayans, Zidane and Ronaldo. I don't get it.

Example:

Daniel Fonseca,
Is mad because I won't let him play in first team. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT YOU MORON YOU MISSED 2 PENALTIES AGAINST FIORENTINA!!!

Marcelo Zalayeta (Reserves),
Is mad because his in the reserves.

Sergio Martinez,
Wants to move to bigger club. BIGGER CLUB?!? YOU ARE IN LA JUVE, PEOPLE DREAM TO PLAY FOR JUVE! THANKS TO ME YOU CAN PLAY AT ALL.

Ronaldo,
Is homesick, FOR WHAT YOU'RE GETING PAYED YOU BETTER GET OVER IT!!!

Zinedine Zidane,
Is mad because I fined him after get red carder. WELL CONTROL YOU TEMPER AND I WON'T FINE YA!!!

Thats about it. The rest are preaty good in morale.

Some players are like that - perhaps you'll have to renegotiate some contracts some the upset players know their roles (no wrestling reference intended) in your team. If they won't re-negotiate then you'll have to transfer list them.

when you fine your player for red card, make sure you fine him for one or two weeks -- he will cry if you fine hime for one month.

do you know how sad it is.... playing with Juve in CM 99/00.

also, here's a training tip for attackers.

create a new training schedule. name however you want. in "edit" select

Fitness -- low
Tactics -- low
Shooting -- intensive
Skills -- intensive

and i guarantee you, that your players (attackers -- put your attackers int here) will improve.

however, there is a huge chance that you players will get tired after that training schedule, or sometimes get injured badly (I got 4 out of 8 attackers injured for 12 months once), so make sure you give them some rest...

also, in "goalkeeper" training schedule, click on "edit" and select something else too, BESIDES (NOT INSTEAD) "keeping", like fitness, and tactics to "low", so that the keeper would train some of his skills better, although the most improtant attributes of goalkeeper are positioning, handling, reflexes, and jumping.

cheers,
