Changing Lang from BrazilianPort to English

I bought my game off ebay and this guy said it was in brazilian portugese but it can be easily switched to english.
i have it, but i dont know how to switch it?
everything is in Portugese and i dont understand what im clicking and stuff.

can anyone help me out?
