cinematics freezing

I have a problem with cinematics, infact just substitution cinematics. The replays or other cinematics are ok but when a player is changed (me or AI) the first cinematic freeze for 7-10 seconds (with the player on the field) and the second also 10 seconds (with the change on the line of the field).
Looks like more i play more freezing i have JUST for that cinematic.
Any ideea?

i think its odd you are worried about 7-10 second lag that happens only at subs, while most people lag throughout the entire game.

Ha, ha i use d3overider, nvidia modified settings, modified lua, modified CPU priorities, a bunch of ini files and i hardly get a 7/10 quality of the game. On the same machine where i play 11 as well with no problems.
But everybody complains about in game lag, they don't have problems with cinematics. First, i did'nt have that. But after 4-5 seasons in MM, every time get worse. Now, for example after the game it's not going in "advance" menu, is going in arena with Kaka. I have to get the ball out of the field, to pres Esc to get back in menu. Weird!
