I not promise club teams.
I planned Champions League 2005/2006 but not on this moment...
Many people supported and helped me with faces, kits...
Many elements (like kits, faces, etc.) is converted from Classic Patch 14 adn other oldest and newest Fifa games etc... (All credits to Giggiriva and authors).

This is very hard work. I work alone on database
This is not database from Giggiriva's Fifa 14 Classic Patch converted by me to Fifa 11.
Database in my patch is based to Fifa 11 WC 98 Patch by Fifa Asia, World Cup 2010 South Africa patch by Skoczek and Fifa 14 Classic Patch and some my other projects from past years.
My database 90% players in my patch has been added true birthdate
Most important thing is national teams and tournaments.
Euro 2008, World Cup 2002, Euro 2004, World Cup 2010 and Euro 2000. These teams need be create probably end of May.
Next is my break from Fifa. I back to edit this patch in autumn.
Next planned is World Cup 1974, World Cup 1982 and World Cup 1986. Maybe some others too...

could someone with knowledge help you converting db's to fifa 11 format? maybe @tokke001 or @Skoczek or @DoradoOroOro or @ovide or @Jbou?

For kits and logos I copying from Classic Patch 14 but for faces... This is many job.
I search and convert faces from olders and newest Fifas.

Yes. This is my intention for this project.
Most important is tournaments whose played Poland NT.
I created World Cup 2006 and Euro 2008. Next in plan is:
World Cup 1938,
World Cup 2002.
And next 1974, 1978, 1982, 1986.
Poland NT not played on World Cup 1998 but Fifa 11 WC 98 database and kits has been ready by Fifa Asia. I only added faces and we have World Cup 1998 tournament.
I have dream to add to this mod all World Cups and all Euro to Euro 2016.
But prioritaire is tournaments whose played Poland NT.

than this is not classic patch in its general meaning, this is "national teams" classic patch only, since i thought your goal was also to make club teams eventually.

I'm not active patchmaker. I "retired" some 4 years ago.
I noticed Fifa 11 is very popular.
Many people remembered my old creations for Fifa 11-14.
For the last some years many people asked me of any chance to create Classic Patch for Fifa 11.
Fifa 11 is very popular because this is first PC Fifa whose has been converted from console version.
Previous versions before Fifa 11 has been created separately version on PC and version on console.
Fifa 11 PC has been real copy of Fifa 11 Console version.
Fifa 11 is 14 years old game but this version is popularing too thanks to tokke001 and his modifications and tools.
Many people playing only in Fifa 11.
Fifa 11 (in polish language commentary version) is very popular because included many commentaryname for retired players whose commentaryname has been deleted from Fifa 12 and newest. (like Maldini, Cafu, Juskowiak, Pauleta, Figo, Nedved, Jacek Bąk, Ronaldo and many more).
And my opinion Fifa 11 penalty kick system is better than Fifa 14. Both aspects. For performer and for goalkeeper.
I returned to modding special for this project.
I not plan integrate clubs because on this moment work alone on database.
My intention is finish all these planned tournaments and teams before date 1 October 2025.
This is simbolic date. 15 years ago Fifa 11 has been released in Europe (1 October 2010 release date).
This is Anniversary Classic Teams Patch for 15 years of Fifa 11 and my intetnion is would be great.
But this is not "MY" patch. This patch is for community.
THIS PATCH IS FREE. AND ALWAYS WILL BE.
I modding always for FREE. I never wanted money for modding.
If somebody expressed his willingness and can integrate clubs version is not problem for me.
But is one condition - this person must work for free.

This face texture is base on original Euro 2004 game face, converted long time ago for Fifa 06 by me.
I converted this texture some days ago for Fifa 11 format, added little "HQ" bit (many pixel removed).
I used model from hidden face of Zidane from Fifa 08 console version converted for Fifa 11.
I created this version because have sentiment for good old UEFA Euro 2004 PC game...

Hello. I have thought about creating the Golden Era patch with the help of someone, the main objective of the patch will be to play in career mode with the stars who played since the 1999-2000 season. I don't know about creating patches but if you are interested in creating it I can collaborate. Other people can also join the project.
