CM 01/02 Effectiveness of Coaches

Does the number of players you have reduce the effectiveness of coaches? I got 34 players, 5 coaches, 1 assistant manager. In training, you can select which coaches you want for training what skills. How should I set that up? Should I have it all selected?

The only thing that I personally take into consideration when setting up the coaches is their tactical preferences. For example, my tactic is pretty attacking, so if I buy a coach who prefers (for example) a defensive, cautious style of play, then I turn his tactics section off.
I also only use three out of the five coaches, the ones with the highest 'coaching goalkeepers' stats to train my goalies. Otherwise I leave everything else on.
I also try to get a good balance between fitness, tecnique and general style coaches.
As for the number of players having an effect, I have no idea. I hope that some of that may help.

I just do it by their skills on Goalkeeping or Outfield players. If they are good at coaching keepers I put them on keeper training (d'oh)

Apart from that, theres nothing else that sways my judgement
