CM10, Create team of existing players?

So i've asked already but got no answer so i'll try again. I want to make a league with the best players from every league, so a Premier league XI would be there with, Spanish, Italian, French ect. Now i made the premier league one but when i select the team in game they have no players and the game crashes straight away.
Could someone tell me how to make a team of existing players and add it to a new league please?

create a new league under leagues tab.
create a team under teams tab

call players to the team, in the rosters tab in the team section.
dont transfer them, call them, like you would for national teams.

then add the teams to the created league.

I do this but either when i try and select them the game crashes or it won't show the players and then crash when i try start the game, i create a new league with a auto ID, i make the team with auto ID but still not working.
Do the ID of the leagues/clubs have anything to do with the ID of players?
