Things are going better than expected. The 442 diamond formation is working great atm, on 3 games at Libertadores, 6-0 against Cobreloa, 3-1 against América (MEX) away and 8-0 against Oriente Petrolero at home, 17 goals in 3 games! Luis Fabiano is a machine, scored 14 in 9 games.:mrpimp:

I've just won the São Paulo state championship! The first game was easy, 3-1, but the second one. My opponent was Santos, Robinho was injured for the whole tournament, but he was fit for the very last match, the 2nd leg. São Paulo began attacking and lost a few good chances, before Luis Fabiano scored from a cross in 10th minute to make it 1-0. Santos reacted quite fast, 5 minutes after the opener Robinho scored, 1-1.
We kept losing our chances, we had 5 shots, they had 1. On the 31th minute, Robinho fooled my defender and scored his 2nd of the match, and for my despair Roni, their new signing that arrived on February scored the 3rd one minute after. I decided to close down the spaces, subbed my defender for a DMC and put Fabio Simplicio at the centre-back role, and we kept losing chances, their goalkeeper was playing a 8. We had about 8 shots on goal, they had 3, and the 3 went in, my GK was playing a brilliant 4. Free Kick for Santos, ball into the area, Jean, my centre-back pushed Robinho, penalty. I almost fell off my chair, started swearing and punching the table. Nenem was set to take the penalty, and my GK, still playing a 4, was the man trying to save it. The impossible happens, and saves the penalty, the crowd at the stadium (over 79000 people at Morumbi that afternoon) went mad. Looks like the saved penalty raised up the team's morale. Corner Kick for us, and Ricardinho scores from a header on the 43rd minute, 2-3. Throw in, long ball inside Santos area and Ricardinho tapped it in to make it 3-3! The impossible happens again.
After that it was pretty much even, they lost a lot of chances, and we've wasted a few. Then my GK decides to clear a ball out of the area, Elano got the rebound from midfield and Rogerio Ceni was out of the goal, but he missed, hitting the side netting. I almost fell of my chair again. Then, Fabiano got sent off for handballing, so we were one man up, with 2 minutes to go. But we hadnt finished it yet, and in the 90th minute, Gustavo Nery curled the ball into the near post, and Alexandre scored to make it 4-3. That was my best comeback ever, delightful win.
And i've got an astonishing 425K prize money for winning the competition.:crazyboy: God, this is long.(H)

Done it. Well... i tried lets say. I'll be facing an argentinian in Round of 16 at Libertadores, thank god its not Boca or River. It's Velez Sarsfield instead, won the first game away 2-0.
On the Brazilian League, 2 games, 2 draws at home, so i decided to change my tactic to a 4-4-2.
