Very good first half, it could of been a lot closer if some of those 3s had fallen for Ohio State. Oden had a really good first half, so did Brewer, his defense is just amazing. He was on Conley one possesion and then was guarding Oden downlow in the next :gavin:

Great game, not as tight as some must of liked but it felt tighter because OSU was always 1-2 3s away from making it a game they just weren't dropping tonight. OSU won the inside game, no DOMINATED the inside game but last i checked you get three points for making a perimeter shot and only 2 for making a lay-up/dunk. That's where the difference was, oh and the fact that Donovan outcoached Matta to the point where the poor guy had a face that said "I'm getting my pants pulled down by this guy and there's nothing I can do about it"

Your Big Ten bias fooled you Shifty.

oh btw:

I'm beastly

I'm bitter, I won't hide that. Florida absolutely shot the lights out and I don't want to take anything away from them.

But I have never seen a game with such a huge disparity in actual score and how the teams really played. Ohio State dominated Florida in every aspect except Three Point Shooting. If you shoot as dismally as OSU did you do not deserve to be the National Champ, but they were good looks for the most part. OSU's defense was good, forcing a lot of bad outside shots that kept falling all game. I kept waiting for the Gators to start missing shots and even out that percentage, but it just never happened. Congrats to the Gators, but they really did get dominated. Of course if I was a Florida fan I wouldn't give a ****.

Greg Oden doubters can now eat all sorts of dick. He just killed two lottery picks in the National Title Game.

They got dominated? What? Florida was first to every single loose ball (it seemed that way), I mean they outrebounded OSU 48-37! They led pretty much the whole entire game by at least 9 points! They shot 24% better from the FT line and absolutely lights out from 3-point land, I'd say probably 5 of those 10 they made were contested too, Humphrey had a couple of open looks where he had the "i can't believe I'm this open" face going on.

You just sound like a bitter Big Ten fan Shifty :(

edit: I forgot to mention Oden. He was fantastic tonight and pretty much shut everyone up. I feel bad for the guy though, the look on his face when he saw that all those monster blocks he had ended up in a Florida players' hands was just :(. I really feel Oden just strolled through this entire season (knowing that he would be #1 or #2 in the draft no matter what) but showed what Greg Oden is really about in this game. He kept nothing back tonight and it showed.

Oh dude, you act like I didn't know that MONTHS ago and called my friend who was a Duke manager the second I found out. I'm amped for Duke finally deciding to not duck Wisky. I guarantee my friend Doug, a Duke manager who I went to high school with, asked an assistant coach about 3 or 4 years ago "why don't we play Wisconsin" and the assistant replied "we want this to be a challenge for us, not a cake walk." Duck ***e. (F.U.K. is banned? That's F.U.K.I.N.G. retarded)
