Control Issue

I'm using a PS3 controller on my pc to play Fifa 10 and I'm getting a few problems.

I added this line from the to the devdata.dat file

Can't change the sprint button. I can't call a second defender and I can't switch players manually when defending. I would appreciate any help. Thanks !

I use PS2 gamepad with converter. I did have a problem, my right stick has coverted axes. I fixed it by using regedit, search all string values named my gamepad name (Twin USB Gamepad) to one of gamepad that supported by FIFA 10, I change it to Logitech Rumblepad 2 USB. I Check from Control Panel to see my gamepad's name and then Windows will display my gamepad's name as fake Logitech Rumblepad 2 USB. It's fake because it still use Twin USB Gamepad driver .

And then I edited devdata.dat file, below [LOGITECH RUMBLEPAD 2 USB].
4 first columns are about Right Stick's axes and their assginment.
2|24|3,2|25|4,5|26|5,5|27|6
I remap them become :
2|26|3,2|27|4,5|24|5,5|25|6
and now I can play trick moves in FIFA 10

yes you can, but you cant control the keeper & switch players w/ the right stick, and every time you receive a pass first touch is always maxed automatically.

yes I can. I defend from a freekick by moving my keeper to desired position.
Even I can click left stick to perform blind freekick.
The only setback is i dont get vibration. It s sad, because with the same methode I got vibration on fifa 09, for the 1st stick only.

I CANT USE RIGHT ANALOG FOR SKILLS, SO
ULTIMATELY I INSTALL FIFA 09 CONTROLLER FIX PATCH FOR FIFA 1O
BUT SADLY, THE PLAYER MOVEMENT IS NOT 360 DEGREE AND NOT SMOOTH..
I THINK IS CORRUPTED WITH FIFA 09 8 WAYS MOVEMENT
I TRY REPAIR , REINSTALL BUT IT WONT WORK HELP

yea like team management, to choose a player its start & not the 2 button.

on a gamepad anyway.

i was talking about switching players & getting control of the keeper
by clicking the right stick, if you can thats great.

do you have 270 degree movement also ?

i have 2 logitech controllers (rumblepad 2 & dual action)
i also have a ps1 to usb converter for the ps2 pad.

3 players on a team for fifa 10.

yes you can, & the controller of choice is the logitech rumblepad 2 corded.
you can get wireless too, if you like buying batteries.

Coming back to the gamepad is it better to play with a gamepad or make no much difference if I stick with the keyboard?
