convert files from Rhino to .rav

hello there, i need to edit head shapes and i know i can do it with rhinoceros 3D graphic editor but how can i convert rhinoceros exported files back to .rav files? i tried NeoGF but it doesnt work, it messes the files and results into monster-faced players.

yeah i tried converting them mate but it didnt work properly best way is just to use oedit and work it out using trial and error.
