`could not load the dll `gfxCore.dll

Can someone help me with this one.

After starting TCM 2004 I got the following error message:

`could not load the dll `gfxCore.dll` . kan een van de vereiste bibliotheekbestanden van deze toepassing niet vinden (can not find one of the necessary library files)`

I already downloaded the latest drives of my Nvidia geforce2 mx/mx 400 , but that didn´t help.
version 4.14.10.5304

DirectX installed, had version 9 before

Any ideas ???

Pentium 4, enough space..
