Crash to desktop at end of match?

Anyone else experience this? more and more recently, I finish a game, click on 'continue' and it crashes to desktop.

I am in my third year in career mode. This never used to happen, and it drives me nuts!!

I've been having the same problem, and I'm also in my third season of career mode, it doesn't happen ALL the time, but happens a lot of the time. I don't have any patches and have avoided the Creation Center so far.

Can anyone help?

Same here. I have edited the game, added some banners/fllags and 12 chants.....I get crash to desktop after games in saved tournament. Very annoying....I can play friendlies with no problems, anyone know what's wrong?
