Create a player glitch

When I create a player the first one is fine when I save him. But I can't say the same when I create a second player. He looks awfull. His nose is pushed up. It makes his face look like a skull. If that doesn't happen than his nose sticks out and he has orange hair.

Is there a way I can fix this? thanks.
