CREATION CENTRE ERROR WHEN I TRY TO OPEN LEAGUES

When I try to open a league i get this message
"An unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit, the application will be shut down immediately"

there is no solution now

but you can edit some things if you go to Search (Teams or Players)
but not
> Team Roster
> Formation
> Properties
