I'm looking for someone with CM15 experience (or other editing software), who will be interested in creating custom league for me. Happy to pay for it
Here are more details of what I need:
* new nation and simple league system with 14 teams, 2 legs;
* I also need these teams created (3 of them are already done in the European teams patch, I guess one can get them from there?);
* No rosters needed, just team names, badges and kits (no need to be original ones for most of them, just alike);
* national cup featuring same teams
