Nah he's pretending to be black - he's spelling badly on purpose in an attempt to convey the theory that black people are ignorant - and you'll see he makes lots of racist coments about black people. 'SmellyNigga' and 'CottonPicca' - both terms I've heard white Southerners use for black people and hardly terms a black man would use to describe himself.
