I played with the USA. If they limit it, it makes sense that the US did, as they're getting decent and a ton of games will be sold here. I'm sure the power countries have it. I just wonder if they actually recorded 3 or 4 lines for all 127. Maybe they have like a bunch that are the same, like "unspecified undedog winning commentary" and "unbelievably shocking winning commentary"; and then there's the USA and everyone who could actually win with their own individual one.
