Differences between FIFA 2002 & FIFA 2002 World Cup

I'm new to this forum. Hope someone can answer my question.

Are FIFA 2002 World Cup and FIFA 2002 different games ?

Here in England, 'FIFA 2002 World Cup' was released, but in the US they had a game released simply titled 'FIFA 2002'.

Looking at the game descriptions on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk, FIFA02WC allows you to play in the World Cup Finals, but FIFA 2002 doesn't. This leads me to think they are two entirely different games.

Also, for two games released so close together, the reviews are so unbelievably different. FIFA 2002 World Cup gets cr@p reviews (by both reviewers and owners/players), but FIFA 2002 seems to get brilliant reviews by everyone.

Even though I live in England, I can play US games as I have a Freeloader disc.

they are very diffrent games

only thing that is better in fifa world cup are graohics..i mean faces,cinematics and etc. but i f u are considering to buy one of them u gotta get fifa 2002...for fifa ,people are still makin stuff for i:rosters,faces,kits etc. but wc 2002 is dead

u cant play wc on fifa 2002 but u can great it!!!in fifa 2002 wc u can play with national teams only.but in fifa 2002 u have lots of different teams...like older fifas and newer one do
