busca alguno en la wikipedia en aleman o en vflnet.com ya que ahi hay unos de muy buena calidad, guardalo en tu compu, abrelo con photoshop, ahi eliges todo con la herramienta seleccion, ctrl-c para copiar y en el banner, ctrl-v para pegar.
