does the strategy adopted by a manager effects his future?

I am managing a third division team. Sometimes, I find it hard to equalize or win so I push 7 or 8 players forward at the end of the game(last 5 or 7 minutes). this strategy has helped me in many critical situations. but this is not a good thing in my opinion. will it effect my future(for ex. big clubs not offering me jobs?)

Clubs just look at youre reputation which is made by winning. It doesnt matter how you win as long as you win or achieve the goals set by the board at the start of the year
