We have made it possible to use capital letters again in order to make all the smilies work properly, not for you to SHOUT. If you fail again and again to write normal titles for your threads we will give you a warning and eventually a ban.
The same applies for post, don't write the whole post in capital letters. It won't lead to a quicker response from other members, only a ban if you do it over and over again.
If this turn out to be problem we will have to turn off the option to use capital letters again.
