Editing Player Growth?

Is it possible to edit the player growth in Fifa 14? Since it was to good in 13 where every month the player grew atleast +1,and then they decided to nerf it in 14 and now players almost dont grown at all. For example, I promoted a 16 y/o 64 overall goalkeeper with a potential of 85-92 and he hasn't improved in anything AT ALL. he just stayed a 64 a whole year. Meanwhile my other youth products with a potential of 86+ have grown 2 overall points ( which still is slow since I play them all the time ) Is it possible to change the system of growth of fifa 14? It's impossible to start a career mode where I only use youth products and regens because of this thing
