I am going to try dabbling in making kits for a few Irish club teams. But before I even start...

Is anyone already doing a FIFA patch for the Eircom league (Rep. Ireland)?

There's about 10 or 12 teams, most of the kits can be found for starters at the "colours of football" website under Rep. Ireland. There's a couple missing and a few have different versions over the past few years.

But probably the even more painful part is someone would have to know about all the players since they are not in the game. I had it suggested to me that someone might be coming out with an Eircom league patch for TCM-2k5, maybe if so that would be a way to get the player info for FIFA.

But even if someone were already working on a kit patch at least that would be something.

if we should have this one, we would have most leagues in Europe. I've converted almost every team to CC files. Except the Czech and Turkey League.

I've been making kits for the Irish Premier league, but its almost impossible to find good pictures, and after comparing my efforts to the kits on display here, i may as well give up.

trueBlue,

These kits aren't too bad for a beginner. If you keep at it, I'm sure you will end up with great kits. Can you post the pictures you were working from so we can compare your kits to the real thing? Then it will be easier for people to offer some helpful suggestions.

What Alex is saying in his last post, is that the quality of your logos needs to be better. High quality logos for most teams can be found at www.hgfl.dk and high quality brand logos for many sponsors can be found at www.brandsoftheworld.com

You know guys, i made those kits from no experience whatsoever, just found a template at the fifa 2005 forum and went from there, basically no good software, using paint & adobe photodeluxe, both are ancient.

i have to invest in a good copy of photoshop and read all the good tips here and take it from there.
