Englandia Adidas Premiership Comeback.

You might remember the old Adidas Premiership mod where CAFC4LIFE and FF7 and such were members, well i would like to start the same for Fifa 07 hopefully with some interest from others. More Info soon if your interested PM me or add me to msn, thanks.

Your probably thinking what the hell is this.
This is a fantasy mod where i will be doing a total league with made up players, and teams hopefully. This was originally for Fifa 04, but things went too quiet and it stopped unfortunately there were some brilliant kits but many i have to say are outdated.

I don't think they are on these forums anymore or not as much maybe best would be to convert the kits they made to Fifa 07 format.

I like the idea. But it would be nice to see everyone make one team, and looking at the 2004 thread I was wondering about all this sponsoring. "Adidas Premership"? I mean wouldn't it be nice to have a league that doesn't have that much commercials - we all can live with it in real life because it can't be changed any more but this is a FANTASY league?!

Ok, it's looks more like real life, but then we could also invent sponsors instead of Daewoo etc.

Yeah i know what you mean. Inventing made up sponsors would be a great idea. but its really about whether or not the kitmaker approves of it, i mean if i made a sponsor it probably wouldn't look so good.

But there is still the possibility of not making any sponsor logos at all. there are actually leagues where a lot of teams don't have one, and the kits look much better that way.

By the way... "Leeds to be promoted"... is that the english word for what a team does when it plays in the next higher league next seasons? I was looking for that word... and what's the term for the opposite?

Yeah it is, promoted is the word for being able to go higher to another division, and the opposite, dropping into a lower division is relegated.

I understand what you mean about some teams no sponsors, but these kits were made ages ago by kitmakers, who i do not think are active anymore.
It would be nice to start fresh, but i feel it would be distrespectful to them.
By The Way do you have msn messenger?

Plus i believe this league has to have sponsors as funding will be needed here because it is the top league out of 8 divisions.

I don't have msn (i have it but i am not registered). To check out if it is possible to get enough teams we will have to wait how many people create their teams. I can hardly wait to see what teams people will come up with...

Lol, there are already made up teams in this league, they just need the shirts made.
e.g Crig Coltons is being made by Xisco i will be adding the team list very soon.

hmm... i think it would have been very interesting if people from this forum made "their" teams, i would have been curious about that. Even if we can't play it online (I can't anyway because I don't have a credit card to pay those stupid 2 euros...)

You should read what "letting espn pay" means. It's horrible. You're selling your soul for 2 euros

Honestly, they sell your email-adress, your home adress, and everything you give them to agencies that will give you an impression of what living in ad-world means. There's enough commercials in the world, I don't have to invite them like this...
