Error Using POC

Everyone's Favourite Diabetic
When using the oedit editor thing i get an error when:

i open the file in POC
click convert to oedit (opens oedit with face)
make changes and click save (with POC still open)
go to POC window and click to convert back to PES4 format
then this error comes up:




any help?
