The problem turned out to be my dedicated graphic card
On integrated, it's working as intended

Did you install any graphics card update?

It's something strange, this happens to me in FIFA 06 and FIFA 10 but not in FIFA 07.

I haven't noticed, it just works

It is a well known bug regarding PCs with multiple GPUs.
If you use windows 10 then try this:
Just go to Settings>Display Settings>Graphics Settings>Browse your FIFA 10 exe file> select you iGPU and you are good to go.
