That's wrong. I installed Windows 8 and FIFA 13 ran fine. It actually ran better for me than it does on Windows 7 -- less stutter. Has to be some other issue he's having.

so there is something wrong on your install or config, because i have windows 8 from some days ago, and for me it's working well.
