Fifa 15 team formation menu for Fifa 14

Sorry if this problem was addressed before, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Do you guys know any graphic patch that would make Fifa 14's team formation menu look like the one in Fifa 15? I'm specifically reffering to the mini kits shown there, that should be the actual kits and not just some random colours like in Fifa 15.
